Since 1990, it has been owned by CAP Società Cooperativa of Prato, which manages it through its subsidiary CAP Hotel SL, a company belonging to the larger tourism division of CAP and, for over 30 years, specializing in hotel management.

During the challenging years of the Covid-19 pandemic, the hotel underwent a total renovation that revamped its spaces and style, making it decidedly more modern and attractive.

In 2025, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the foundation of CAP Società Cooperativa, the hotel's renovation efforts has been completed with the realization of a new entrance and the redesign of the external areas to improve their flexibility.
